Terms and Conditions

Super Sparky Electrical PTY LTD

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may be subject to change if the scope of work is varied, or if unforeseen conditions arise during the course of the job.

Deposits

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your project in our schedule and covers time spent quoting, site attendance, planning, administration, and the allocation of materials and trade resources. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, or changes in scope. The deposit will be credited toward the final invoice upon completion of the works.

Progress Payments

For larger scope projects, progress payments will be required at agreed milestones. These payment stages will be outlined prior to the commencement of works and must be paid in full to avoid delays.

Final Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the contracted works. An invoice will be issued on completion, and payment is expected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer (EFT), cash, eftpos or other agreed methods prior to commencement.

Late Payment

Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of 5% per month. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and recovery action, with all associated recovery costs being the responsibility of the client.

Variations and Additional Work

Any work requested outside of the original quoted scope will be treated as a variation and charged accordingly. All variations will be discussed and approved by the client before being carried out.

Ownership of Materials

All supplied materials remain the property of Super Sparky Electrical PTY LTD until full payment has been received.

Warranties and Compliance

All electrical work will be performed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and regulations. We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty and will honour any manufacturer warranties on supplied products.

Quote Validity

All quotes issued by Super Sparky Electrical are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote may be subject to review and adjustment.

Right to Cancel

Super Sparky Electrical reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any quote at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or obligation.

Client Cancellations

If the client chooses to cancel acceptance of a quote after confirmation, any costs incurred or work completed by Super Sparky Electrical up to that point may be chargeable.

Access and Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe and unrestricted access to the site. Delays caused by access or site issues may incur additional charges.
